It’s publication day for our cookbook Brunch in London!

Back when OnePlate was merely a dream of our co-founder Thérèse Nichols, we could never have imagined that we would be publishing cookbooks and launching our Australian-born charity in London. We couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable bunch of chefs, cooks and writers to welcome us into the London food scene, dishing out recipes, compassion and creativity.

The result is a truly iconic cookbook that celebrates the best food London has to offer, while shining a light on the values central to OnePlate: our vital projects and the children we serve.

From the sales of this book, our aim is to raise $1 million that will be invested into new and existing projects in countries like Kenya, Cambodia, Uganda and The Philippines to create a better future for children and their local communities. We can only achieve this with your support.

We all share the drive to make an impact. Food brings us together, and the recipes within the pages of Brunch in London are a testament to culinary brilliance and the spirit of community. Without you, our readers, this book wouldn’t exist, and its all-important impact could never have been realised. By purchasing copies of the book, you will make a tangible difference to the lives of children in need, serving up the love and nourishment that a plate of good food can provide in forkfuls.

By supporting projects that promote agricultural education, community gardens, farms and access to clean, nutritious food, together we can empower children and their families, so that every child has the opportunity to grow, dream and reach their full potential.

You can purchase your very own copy here.

When your book arrives please don’t hesitate to post about it online (tagging @oneplate.co) so we can reshare and spread the love!

We’re diving into publication week with heartfelt gratitude to all our contributors, the team, volunteers and our enthusiastic supporters who made the pages of this book a reality. Together we are part of a global movement, sowing seeds of hope and nourishment one plate at a time.

With thanks,
The OnePlate team
