With the chilly months of winter now behind us and the sun finally shining again, we’re gearing up for a massive spring as we launch new projects and build on existing ones.
Of course, it wouldn’t be possible to invest in the important projects that we do without the support not only of our tribe of passionate and generous followers but also our commercial partners.
This month, we’re pumped to welcome two new partners to the OnePlate tribe.
Firstly, we’re thrilled to be named the official charity partner of the Australian Hotels Association (AHA) Victoria.
For more than 150 years, the AHA (Vic) has provided industry leadership, lobbied on its members’ behalf and promoted best practice in hotel management. If there’s an organisation that knows what it takes to connect Victorian venues with modern foodies, it’s the AHA!
Together we hope to reach out to all pubs across Victoria and encourage them to be part of the OnePlate revolution, making a difference one plate at a time.
Secondly, we’re thrilled to announce our latest initiative – OnePlate coffee loyalty cards, proudly brought to you by Middle South East Cafe on Chapel Street, South Yarra.
For Melbourne coffee lovers, this is definitely a win-win. Not only will you score yourself one of Melbourne’s best coffees, but you’ll also be contributing to our OnePlate sustainable food projects abroad. If that’s not enough, you’ll also save yourself a few bucks in the process.
Here’s the deal. For every 7th coffee you purchase, @middlesoutheast will donate the cost of that coffee to OnePlate, with 100% of the proceeds going directly towards building sustainable food projects for children in the greatest of need – boom!
And the 8th coffee? Well, that’s on the house just to say thanks. If you’re in Melbourne, pop down to Middle South East Cafe and get sipping.
